Shop Assistant required
We are currently seeking a Shop Assistant to join our busy sales team in Chatswood and Eastwood.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
· Providing prompt, efficient and outstandingservice to the customers to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Providing information and answering enquiriesabout products and accounts
· Providing information concerning changes inpricing, services and shipping
· daily cashier task,registering all transactions;
· maintaining dailyshop general tasks, eg keep shop clean & tidy; managing the stocks;
· ad hoc duties

To be successful in this role you will need:
· Excellent communication skills
· Good listening and problem solving skills
· Reliable and trustworthy
· Flexible in shift arrangements including workingon weekends and holidays or covering shifts for other staffs’unscheduled/urgent leaves
· Available to work at both shops, Chatswoodand Eastwood
· Bilingual (Mandarin and English) is preferable
